Chambers Contracting is owned and operated by John Chambers and his family. We are a fourth generation company, with over 63 years of combined experience. Most of our work is performed in PA, DE, MD, and NJ. Our main office is located in Kennett Square, PA, with a second, satellite facility in Lancaster County, PA. A large portion of our construction crew is Amish craftsman. We are proud to be a member of the Better Business Bureau. Chambers Contracting is committed to delivering the finest craftsmanship.

Our philosophy and business strategy are quite simple: the owner being directly involved in all aspects of every project allows us to assure that our Customers receive the finest craftsmanship at the lowest cost. Unlike many contractors who sub-contract work, John Chambers is involved from the very first contact and during each step of the project right through its satisfactory completion (this is the point where we leave you a happy Customer!). You will be surprised to communicate directly with John during the very first contact (no answering machine, no operator...24/7...try this with another contractor!). When we meet to review your project and deliver your free quotation, it will be John who you will see, not an expensive Salesperson. This allows Chambers Contracting to minimize overhead, which means you save money! It also assures clear and constant communication throughout the entire project, which is essential to a perfect job and a completely satisfied Customer every time.

Over 65% of our work is obtained by referrals from our Customers. This means two things; firstly we have a lot of happy Customers! Secondly, we spend a fraction of what other contractors spend on advertising, which reduces our expenses. These savings are passed onto our Customers, which means that you save money!
